New Continental Education City is a LEED Silver design featuring 300,000SF of office space, student housing, and a 3-star hotel.
We designed for three towers, offering 10,500SF of retail and restaurant space, 191,000SF of hotel space, 50,500SF of office space, and another 50,500SF of commercial and university education space.
