Flexible ground-floor retail spaces accommodate a range of businesses, while the upper level provides dedicated space for meetings, events, and community gatherings.The building’s contemporary design is defined by metal diamond cladding and bold “picture frame” window projections, creating depth, rhythm, and a strong street presence that brings energy and character to the evolving streetscape.
