This project is designed with the ideals and needs of the We Wai Kai Nation at the forefront, and will serve as a long-term asset to them. The building program is comprised of a total floor area of 116,229 SF, and will include new meeting areas, administrative offices, and a council room where members and the public can interact in a space that reflects the heritage and traditions of the We Wai Kai Nation. The building expresses their aesthetic values through the use of building form, local materials, art, and storytelling. It embraces sustainable technology and efficiency in the design, and at its core will embody the value that WA places on the careful use of natural resources. Construction is anticipated to be completed end of 2025 or early 2026.
