The Largest Phase of the Health & Technology District
City Centre 4 is a 25-storey, mixed-use building and is the fourth and largest phase of the Health and Technology District, an emerging innovation hub adjacent to Surrey Memorial Hospital. The building comprises 354,468SF of AAA strata office and retail space across 25 storeys, along with a hotel component and college, which caters to the urban context of surrounding District.

CC4 features a striking three-sided tower design, with the central portion of each façade extended outward as a bay and articulated through strong, continuous vertical convex panels.

CC4 is designed in harmony with the adjacent CC1 and CC2 towers to the south, while also aligning closely with the future CC5 development. CC4 and CC5 were designed concurrently, featuring dynamic, convex façades that respond to each other’s proximity. The curvature of both towers helps alleviate spatial tension between the structures, creating a sense of openness while reinforcing a unified design across the entire block.
