This 31-storey, 262-unit multi-family market housing building was designed using the strength and fluidity of the koi fish as inspiration. On the 7200 SF of ground floor amenity space, simple yet striking palette of materials was used throughout including fluted wall paneling, warm woods, bronze mirror, and large format porcelain tile. Strong linear elements were paired with organic shapes to create an interesting juxtaposition that creates a feeling of balance and harmony.
In the suites, two distinct colour schemes were created and custom storage solutions were designed for both the kitchens and the bathrooms.
