Affordable Housing in Port Coquitlam
Comprising three six-storey wood frame towers, this project delivers purposefully designed 1–3 bedroom rental homes with private balconies and patios. Developed in partnership with the Affordable Housing Society, CMHC, and the City of Port Coquitlam, the design supports affordable housing for the community while honouring the site’s history. A 4,200 SF daycare space further extends the project’s commitment to family-oriented living.
