This project is a 56-unit rental building in a vibrant new community at Quadra Village on Vancouver Island. Through form and material, this vibrant new development aims to provide an urban, street-oriented building in an ever-evolving neighborhood.
The main design feature is an eye catching mural designed by local artists that floods from the exterior facade into the building’s lobby.
The rest of the materials remain warm and neutral, creating a striking juxtaposition of colour and material. Durable yet cost-conscious materials were selected for the suites
