Modern urban living in downtown Victoria
We designed this 12-storey boutique concrete residential building with a modern urban lifestyle in mind, giving the 62 residential units a space to call home, a few steps from everything in downtown Victoria. The at-grade retail space brings convenience and value to this former parking lot.
