Canada’s first Centre of Excellence for veterans and first responders
We’re excited to share this new project, a 20-storey building with an Innovation Centre for Rehabilitation, medical services, 48 housing units for veterans and first responders, and a state-of-the-art facility for the Whalley Legion Branch 229.
The complex includes a community and social lounge and dining space for members and cadets, as well as 182 market housing units. A second phase features a 26-storey market residential building with 182 suites.
