Back to ProjectsThe Monarch is a multi-family rental building comprised of 71 units located on Goldstream Avenue in Langford. The primary design element, a curved floor & ceiling detail, was introduced to help visually occupy space and create a sense of flow throughout the public areas. Warm woods and golden accents were used throughout to create an uplifting and inviting environment for the building’s occupants.
