Taking cues from the future building’s interior (also designed by WA) this market housing presentation center is intended to feel upscale yet simple. The presentation suite sits in the centre of the space while a designated model area, play area and “zen lounge” have been programmed at the perimeter. Materials used include fluted wood wall paneling, dark grey porcelain tile, koi fish inspired carpet tile and pops of sage green wallcovering.
