This project is a 56-unit rental building in a vibrant new community at Quadra Village on Vancouver Island. Through form and material, this vibrant new development aims to provide an urban, street-oriented building in an ever-evolving neighborhood. The exterior of the building is splashed with colour by way of a mural designed by local artists. Tying the outside to inside, this mural floods into the interior, and provides a bold, exciting backdrop for the rest of the more neutral materials.
The design for the suites was kept neutral and simple, and cost conscious finishes were selected.
