A Mixed-Use Community in Langford, BC
We designed this 135,000 SF mixed-use shopping centre to be a fantastic pedestrian experience, with feature plazas, wide sidewalks, and a symbiotic blend of retail and office space. A 50,000 SF west coast grocer anchors the project, and 150 residences make this community interesting, accessible, and viable.
