Driven by a lifelong passion for architecture and interior design, Fredelyn (Lyn) views her work as a true calling. At WA, she contributes across all project phases, from rezoning and design development to contract documents and construction administration. Her experience spans a diverse portfolio, with a proven track record in multi-family residential, commercial developments, and tenant improvements.

Her background combines international experience with local training. She is a registered architect in BC and the Philippines, with nearly a decade of experience in Dubai, UAE. To align with local standards, she completed an Associate Certificate in Building Design and Architectural CAD at BCIT.

Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her family and staying active by playing volleyball and table tennis.
