Lance has been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects, both local and overseas, throughout his career. He is passionate about thoughtful, functional design and the impact architecture has on how people live, work, and connect. Whether he is working on a complex build or collaborating on early concept design, Lance brings a detail-oriented approach rooted in purpose, efficiency, and creativity.

Outside of the studio, Lance has a deep appreciation for architecture around the world – he rarely travels without a camera in hand, always on the lookout for buildings that tell a story.
