A strong advocate for accessibility and universal design, Ali believes great architecture should be intuitive, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. Whether she’s fine-tuning a layout or tackling a complex design challenge, she’s always looking for ways to make spaces work better for the people who use them.

Outside the office, Ali’s happy place is her garden. She’ll happily spend hours tending plants, experimenting with new varieties, and celebrating every new bloom. It turns out that growing a thriving garden and designing great buildings have a lot in common—they both take patience, care, and a little creativity.
