Designed in tandem, the CC4 and CC5 towers feature dynamic, convex façades derived from their proximity to one another. Their positioning creates more open space between the buildings, forming a shared courtyard with public gathering areas and outdoor commercial patios. Views to the podium rooftop terraces help connect these spaces, supporting an inviting and active environment for residents, visitors, and the community.
For us at WA Architects, this milestone reflects our continued collaboration with Lark Group and our valued consultant team.
