We are thrilled to announce that City Centre 3 has achieved final occupancy. The City Centre 3 project (CC3) is a 10-storey mixed use building located on the northeast corner of 96th Avenue and 137A Street in Surrey, BC, across the street from Surrey Memorial Hospital and the BC Cancer Agency. This building contributes to Surrey’s Health and Technology District by providing first-class facilities for the growing medical and technology community around Surrey Memorial Hospital.
