Canada’s First Centre of Excellence for Veterans and First Responders
This 20-storey mixed-use development features an Innovation Centre for Rehabilitation, a range of medical services, 48 housing units dedicated to veterans and first responders, and a state-of-the-art facility for the Whalley Legion Branch 229.
The complex includes a community and social lounge and dining space for members and cadets, as well as 182 market housing units. A second phase features a 26-storey market residential building with 182 suites.
