Accounting Manager

Alma is the Accounting Manager at WA Architects Ltd. and has been with the firm for nearly 10 years. A graduate of BCIT’s Bachelor of Accounting program, she began her career in the construction, real estate development, and lighting industries before transitioning seamlessly into architecture.

In addition to leading the firm’s accounting and financial administration, Alma has played a key role in HR and recruitment, helping grow the office from 30 to more than 70 employees at one point. She is proud of the strong professional relationships she has built over the years and is committed to supporting the firm’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and continued success.

In her spare time, Alma enjoys adventures with her family and their lovable Goldendoodle, Biggie. Whether it’s discovering a new trail, exploring local parks, or soaking up a sunny day outdoors, you’ll often find them out and about making the most of the beautiful weather together.
