West Coast Living at DLX
DLX is a 180-unit rental residential project that includes a mix of regular and loft units. Inspired by the geography of the west coast, finishes selected for the suites were warm and welcoming yet slightly rugged.
Lobbies are accented with symbolic details and common corridors with colourful carpet tiles to further enhance the theme.
The chosen finishes and materials are easy to maintain, long lasting in both quality and style. Units are outfitted with luxury vinyl tile flooring, laminate cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
