A Landmark in Retirement Living
Designing this space for seniors gave us the opportunity to look at what should be included in a sophisticated retirement living environment. The building includes 130 rental and strata residences, a complex care facility with 35 care units, a pub, fitness area, theatre, and richly landscaped roof decks with a view of the Bayview area of Victoria.
